About the Role:
The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will be the owner of our client’s Salesforce org, managing all customizations, automations, and development in Sales Cloud. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and enabling the sales team to work efficiently. The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver who enjoys building and improving systems, with the chance to have a major impact on the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.
● Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes.
● Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io.
● Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements.
● Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability.
● Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce.
Qualifications:
Required:
● Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
● Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation.
● Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment.
● Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
Preferred:
● Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
● Experience with AI products like AgentForce.
● Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud.
Interview Process
● 2–3 stages, including interviews with management and technical team members.
● Optional technical assessment (paid if longer than 2 hours).
