We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of a growing U.S. construction company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing AR and AP processes within the U.S. construction industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Accounts Receivable

• →Generate and issue customer invoices.
• →Monitor outstanding receivables.
• →Follow up on overdue accounts.
• →Reconcile customer payments.
• →Prepare AR reports.

Accounts Payable

• →Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• →Reconcile supplier statements.
• →Prepare payment runs.
• →Maintain vendor records.
• →Resolve billing discrepancies.

Financial Administration

• →Assist with month-end closing activities.
• →Maintain accurate financial records.
• →Support reporting and audits.
• →Ensure compliance with company financial policies.

• Senior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Familiarity with the AIA billing process.
• Previous experience within the U.S. construction industry (required).
• QuickBooks Online knowledge.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must come out of a construction background.

• Experience with US construction accounting processes.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
