Prepare Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and property marketing decks with accuracy, speed, and design finesse. Analyze market data, comparable sales, rent rolls, and financial models to inform deal presentations.
Required: 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, financial analysis, or marketing roles specifically related to CRE deal presentation materials Proven ability to create or contribute to BOVs, OMs and investor decks.
About the Role
