Working Hours          : Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST 

Location.                    : Remote (Philippines) 

Salary                        : $1,800 – $2000/month (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Senior Creative Designer with strong experience in creating designs that go beyond the screen — from print and packaging to fabrication and production-ready materials. This individual will work across a variety of creative projects and must be comfortable managing feedback loops, corporate approval workflows, and hands-on production specs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and communicates effectively within remote teams.

  Develop high-quality design assets for both digital and physical applications, including packaging, signage, apparel, and more.

  Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that align with brand goals.

  Prepare artwork for print production (wide-format, sheet-fed, screen printing, embroidery, etc.) with precision and attention to detail.

  Manage the creative feedback and approval process using tools like GoVisually, Slack, and other collaborative platforms.

  Assist with creative documentation, file organization, and version control to maintain workflow efficiency.

  Participate in onboarding and real-time collaboration during U.S. business hours during the first month.

• Adobe Illustrator – Advanced proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop – Advanced proficiency

• Adobe InDesign – Basic working knowledge

• Proven experience designing for physical products (e.g., packaging, signage, apparel, etc.)

• Prior experience managing corporate creative approvals and working within structured creative processes

• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack, GoVisually, or other proofing/communication platforms

• Experience with Fusion 360, SketchUp, or CAD tools (Strongly preferred – we are willing to offer additional compensation for candidates with this expertise)

• Blender or Keyshot rendering experience

• Working knowledge of:

  • Wide-format printing

  • Sheet-fed/small-format print production

  • Screen printing and embroidery processes

• Phase 1 (Onboarding): Align with U.S. working hours for real-time collaboration and training (~1 month)

• Phase 2 (Post-Onboarding): Shift to your local working hours (9 AM – 5 PM), working asynchronously with the team
