About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled, senior-level Graphic Designer (Senior Digital & Creative Web Designer) with a strong portfolio in digital, website, and brand design. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling, high-impact creative assets that elevate our clients’ online presence.
As we’re a web agency, this role places extra emphasis on website design and ideally e-commerce design. Experience with WordPress and preferably Elementor is considered a strong plus (soft requirement), though not an absolute dealbreaker.
This position prioritizes visual design expertise—proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Responsibilities

→Design visual assets for websites, e-commerce experiences, digital campaigns, social media, and branding projects.
→Create and maintain design systems and style guides.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
→Translate concepts into high-quality visuals that meet strategic and business goals.
→Present design work clearly and confidently in English to stakeholders and clients.

3–7+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and engaging website and digital design work.
Agency or in-house brand experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Based in Latin America or the Philippines (or able to work CET-compatible hours).
