About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Google PPC Specialist to take full ownership of paid search operations and scale performance efficiently. This role is critical to stabilizing and growing a high-spend Google Ads account that has recently been optimized for efficiency and now requires hands-on, expert-level management to maximize conversions, control CPCs, and scale profitably.

This is a role for a specialist who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large budgets with accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Google PPC strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display
  • Manage daily campaign operations including bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, and negative keyword expansion
  • Optimize conversion performance while maintaining efficient cost per acquisition and return on ad spend
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for scale within constrained budgets
  • Develop testing frameworks for ads, keywords, audiences, and landing page alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and landing page performance
  • Expand paid media capabilities into YouTube, Meta, and TikTok once Google PPC performance is stabilized
  • Produce clear performance reporting and actionable insights for stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
  • 6 or more years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad spend in the range of 60,000 to 120,000 USD
  • Deep expertise in Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Strong understanding of bid strategies, budget pacing, Quality Score, and CPC optimization
  • Experience driving performance improvements in efficiency-focused environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into optimization actions

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or medical or healthcare-related products
  • Exposure to YouTube Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok
  • Experience working closely with CRO, landing page optimization, or web analytics teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly hands-on and execution-focused rather than purely strategic
  • Comfortable managing large budgets and making daily optimization decisions
  • Detail-oriented with strong accountability for performance
  • Proactive communicator who can explain results and recommendations clearly
