- Full-time, remote — with strong daily overlap with U.S. working hours
- Level: Senior
- Reports to company leadership; partners day-to-day with the development team
We are a growing U.S.-based company operating across field and connectivity services, with a white-label back office that supports other businesses. We are investing heavily in automation and internal platforms to run our operations more efficiently and are building the product function that will drive that work.
About the Role
~1 min readWe have real development capacity but no product leadership to point it in the right direction. This role exists to change that.
Our first priority is customer support automation — routing calls, emails, and chats through a single medium (currently Freshdesk) and layering in AI — and the work extends to the systems that run our field and connectivity operations and our white-label back office.
You will own the product roadmap, define how product gets done here, and turn operational pain into a clear, shippable plan. This is the person who decides what gets built next, keeps the development team moving, and makes sure what ships actually solves the problem it was meant to. Above all, we need someone we can trust to create a process, follow it, and hold everyone to it.
Responsibilities
~1 min readProduct Strategy & Roadmap
- →Own and maintain the roadmap for our internal platforms and automation initiatives
- →Prioritize ruthlessly based on operational impact and business value
- →Decide what gets built next and ensure it solves the real problem, not just the symptom
Process & Delivery
- →Build and own the product process where little exists today
- →Manage backlog, sprints, and delivery in Asana
- →Write clear requirements and user stories; keep the development team unblocked and on track
- →Hold delivery accountable to timelines and outcomes
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- →Partner with support, field operations, and leadership to surface and prioritize needs
- →Translate business needs into clear requirements the team can build against
- →Communicate status, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- →Serve as the single, trusted owner of product direction
Quality & Execution
- →Hold a high bar for detail across requirements, testing, and releases
- →Ensure what ships resolves the underlying problem, not just the immediate ticket
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of product roadmaps
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning competing priorities
- Track record of creating product process and structure where little existed before
- Hands-on with Asana (or a close equivalent such as Jira, Linear, or Monday)
- Exceptional written and verbal English; a genuinely strong communicator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working alongside a development team and translating business needs into clear requirements (does not need to be technical or write code)
- Exposure to support automation, AI / LLM-enabled products, or workflow and operations tooling
- SaaS or platform product background
- Experience in a scaling company or standing up a product function from scratch
- Familiarity with field services, telecom, connectivity, logistics, or back-office / BPO domains
You are highly organized, proactive, and process-driven. You are a crisp communicator who keeps every stakeholder aligned and informed. You are comfortable owning ambiguity and building structure where none exists yet. You can be trusted to define a process and then actually follow it — keeping a development team moving without losing sight of the business problem underneath. You care about detail, and you care about shipping things that solve the real problem.
What We Offer
~1 min readThis is a build-from-the-ground-up product role with genuine ownership. You will define how product gets done here rather than inherit someone else's system, and you will see your work directly improve how the business runs.
