Work hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST
Salary range: 1000-1600 usd monthly

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sentiment Analysis & Post Tracking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and evaluate audience sentiment and the performance of social media posts across various platforms. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, assessing audience reactions, and providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and brand reputation.  

Responsibilities: 

1. Sentiment Monitoring & Analysis: 
   - Analyze audience sentiment across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels using sentiment analysis tools and techniques.  
   - Develop detailed reports on audience reactions to campaigns, posts, and events.  
   - Track changes in sentiment over time and identify key drivers of sentiment shifts.  

2. Post Performance Tracking:  
   - Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts, including metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and click-through rates.  
   - Identify top-performing content and recommend strategies for replicating success.  
   - Flag underperforming content and suggest optimizations for improvement.  

3. Trend Identification & Reporting:  
   - Track trending topics, hashtags, and discussions relevant to the brand or industry.  
   - Provide insights into emerging trends that can inform content strategy.
