Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This role requires an individual with 3–5 years of experience in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and social media advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, executing SEO strategies, and creating and managing social media advertising campaigns. You will also contribute to the design of marketing content and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Search Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- SEO Strategy: Execute SEO strategies including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving website visibility in organic search results.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Create, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Design: Design graphics for advertisements and marketing content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and overall strategy.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Proven proficiency in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social ad platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills, with expertise in tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
