About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to enhance online visibility and drive lead generation efforts for a global investigations and intelligence services firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in technical SEO, content optimization, Google Ads management, and data-driven reporting. This role offers an opportunity to directly impact a mission-driven organization by ensuring its digital presence ranks competitively while delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.
- Research and execute keyword strategies tailored to corporate, legal, asset recovery, and private client services.
- Optimize site structure, metadata, schema, and headings for maximum search intent alignment.
- Develop and manage an ethical backlink strategy.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including targeting, copywriting, budget control, and performance tracking.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content calendars, blogs, landing pages, and social media with SEO goals.
- Provide monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, conversions, and insights.
- Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within professional services, legal, or B2B industries.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (or similar CMS platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with national SEO strategies is a plus.
