We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies. This role plays a critical part in strengthening online visibility, driving organic growth, and generating qualified leads for clients within the construction and service-based industries.

• →Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies with a focus on technical and local SEO.
• →Conduct on-page optimization, including technical audits, schema markup, and content alignment.
• →Manage website migrations, ensuring preservation and enhancement of domain authority and search performance.
• →Optimize backend website elements to improve page speed, crawlability, and indexing.
• →Execute ongoing SEO initiatives such as backlink acquisition and internal linking strategies.
• →Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve SEO outcomes.
• →Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance or training to future SEO team members as the organization scales.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical and local SEO.
• Proven expertise with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and web development practices relevant to search optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in organic search performance.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Experience working with clients in construction, home services, or similar industries is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging trends in SEO.
• Prior experience supporting general contractors or trade-based businesses.

• Improvement in organic search rankings across targeted keywords and geographic areas.
