Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Monitor incoming work orders across multiple channels and input data into the ticketing system (SOPs provided).
  • Job Scoping: Assess and categorize “simple jobs” (plumbing, electrical, general repairs) and assign them to the appropriate in-house technician or vetted subcontractor.
  • Escalation: Identify complex or high-level structural jobs and escalate them to senior project management promptly.
  • Dispatch: Manage and optimize daily schedules for the maintenance team to ensure efficiency in routing and time allocation.
  • Client Concierge: Provide personalized, professional communication, including confirmation messages and updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling changes and job status.
  • Bilingual Support: Act as a communication bridge between English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking technicians (Spanish proficiency strongly preferred).
  • Quality Control: Coordinate with technicians post-completion to ensure all required documentation (photos, notes) is uploaded accurately.
  • Invoicing: Close out tickets to trigger billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Feedback Loop: Maintain a polished, neutral-accent communication style that delivers a premium, concierge-level customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in Operations Coordination, Dispatch, or Customer Success (experience in home services, construction, or property management is highly advantageous).
  • Communication: Strong command of English with a neutral accent; comfortable engaging with high-end B2C clientele.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with developing systems and SOPs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new tools; highly organized with a strong focus on task completion and follow-through.
