We are a fast-growing consumer products company known for creating fun, memorable, and highly shareable products that bring personality and excitement into everyday life.

Our products are sold through major retail partners across North America, and we are investing heavily in growing our direct-to-consumer presence through engaging content, creative storytelling, and social-first marketing.

We are looking for a highly creative Social Content Designer & Video Editor who understands how to turn existing assets into content that captures attention, drives engagement, and strengthens brand awareness.

This is a hands-on production role focused on creating social-first creative assets across video, motion graphics, static content, product imagery, and marketing materials.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who understands social media content, platform behavior, short-form video, and visual storytelling.

You will work from an existing library of:

  • Product photography
  • Lifestyle imagery
  • Product videos
  • Marketing assets
  • Raw content files

Your responsibility is to transform those assets into compelling social content that feels native to each platform while remaining consistent with our brand identity.

You will partner closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, who will provide campaign direction, messaging priorities, and creative briefs.

Your job is to execute those ideas at a high level with speed, creativity, and consistency.


Create engaging social-first video content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos

  • Incorporating motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions
  • Optimizing content for engagement and retention
  • Adapting assets across multiple platforms and aspect ratios

You should understand what makes social content perform and how to create compelling content from existing footage.


Bring products and creative assets to life through animation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating GIFs and animated assets
  • Developing motion graphics for social campaigns
  • Animating static imagery and product photography
  • Enhancing visual storytelling through movement
  • Creating dynamic content that increases engagement

Design visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Instagram posts
  • Facebook creative
  • Carousel content
  • Promotional graphics
  • Seasonal campaign assets
  • Product-focused creative
  • Lifestyle content adaptations

You should be capable of creating polished assets that are both visually appealing and performance-oriented.


Manage and enhance visual assets to ensure they are ready for publication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Color correction
  • Retouching
  • Background cleanup

  • Image optimization
  • Asset organization

You will help maintain a high visual standard across all brand channels.


Support content creation workflows by organizing and preparing assets for internal and external teams.

  • Preparing content packages for external partners
  • Providing assets and brand guidance to marketing vendors and agencies
  • Ensuring consistency across all distributed materials

Support broader marketing initiatives through visual execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales deck layouts
  • Retail marketing materials
  • Trade show graphics
  • Product launch creative
  • Presentation design
  • Promotional banners

Optimize content for platform-specific requirements.

This includes:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook

  • Ecommerce platforms

You should understand the technical and creative requirements of each channel and adjust content accordingly.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social content creation, video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and social-first content
  • Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
  • Experience with After Effects or similar animation software
  • Strong Photoshop skills
  • Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern social content trends and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative execution
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good written English communication skills

Nice to Have
