We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Social Media Buyer to join our growth team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on performance metrics, creative testing, and scaling profitable accounts.
As an offshore team member, you will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based leadership to align on brand goals while maintaining full ownership of technical execution within the ad managers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok, with potential for LinkedIn or Pinterest) from the ground up.
- →Performance Optimization: Monitor accounts daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to hit strict ROAS and CPA targets.
- →A/B Testing: Design and execute testing frameworks for creative assets, headlines, hooks, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
- →Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to provide data-backed insights on which visual styles and copy angles are performing, guiding the production of new assets.
- →Data Reporting: Build and maintain transparent performance reports using tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Google Looker Studio.
- →Audience Research: Identify and build high-intent custom and lookalike audiences while navigating post-iOS 14 tracking challenges.
- The Analytical Architect: You understand the full structure of a scaling account—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel retargeting.
- Platform Expert: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, staying updated on algorithm changes and new features.
- Nuanced Communicator: Exceptional English fluency, able to explain "the why" behind the data clearly during team syncs.
- Self-Starter: Disciplined in a remote environment, capable of managing high-spend accounts without constant supervision.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 2–4 years in Paid Social / Media Buying, ideally for D2C e-commerce or high-growth lead gen brands.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in tracking setups (Pixels, CAPI), attribution software, and Google Analytics.
- Location: Based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, etc.) or South Africa.
- Schedule: Ability to overlap with U.S. Business Hours (EST/CST) for meetings and real-time collaboration.
