The platform enables experts and coaches to create 24/7 "digital twins," making personal guidance, leadership coaching, and strategic advice accessible to individuals, teams, and managers whenever they face key life or operational challenges.
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Community Manager to support a consumer brand’s U.S. social presence, creator partnerships, and early-user community. This is a 4-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the brand’s owned social channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook.

Develop creator briefs and manage outreach, product seeding, content collection, and ongoing communication with both everyday users and influencers.

Collaborate with our internal editing team to repurpose creator content and establish clear guidelines for social content adaptation.

Plan and conduct user interviews, turning authentic customer feedback into social content, website testimonials, and actionable product insights.
- →
Continuously identify, recruit, and nurture early users and content creators to build the brand’s initial social community.
- →
Coordinate content calendars, creator activities, interviews, and deliverables to keep projects moving on schedule.
- At least 2+ years of experience in creator partnerships, community building, social content operations, or marketing for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. social media landscape, platform culture, and content trends.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from outreach through delivery.
- Experience with beauty, wellness, or consumer health brands is a plus.
