We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth company offering personalized hormone therapy, weight loss, longevity, and wellness programs for both men and women. Operating as two distinct but complementary brands — one focused on women's wellness, one on men's — we combine data-driven diagnostics with science-backed therapies, all delivered virtually and shipped directly to patients. With no membership fees, no hidden costs, and a dedicated health coaching model, we are redefining how people access proactive, root-cause healthcare.
About the Role
~1 min readWe have built a compelling product and a loyal patient base. The opportunity in front of this role is to turn that momentum into a growing, engaged community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — for two distinct audiences simultaneously.
This role exists because social media is one of the most powerful acquisition and retention channels in DTC health and wellness, and we are ready to invest in it intentionally. The person in this role will own content strategy and community engagement across both brands, ensuring the voice, tone, and messaging feel human, credible, and differentiated from the sea of generic wellness content.
This is not a post-and-schedule role. It requires someone who understands how to build trust with a health-conscious audience, can navigate content sensitivities around prescription products, and knows how to turn comment sections into conversion opportunities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for both brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Identify content themes, campaign concepts, and platform-specific strategies aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and audience interests
- Stay current on relevant trends, platform changes, and cultural conversations — and identify when and how the brands should participate
- Collaborate with marketing, design, clinical, and leadership teams to align content with broader company objectives and campaign launches
- Write copy for posts, captions, short-form video scripts, and Stories across both brands
- Generate content ideas across education, patient stories, provider expertise, wellness trends, and brand initiatives
- Develop monthly Reddit-style educational articles and thought leadership content
- Brief and direct creative assets in coordination with internal designers and videographers, including detailed creative briefs and production timelines
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, journal articles) into social-native formats
- Leverage AI tools — including Claude and ChatGPT — to support content ideation, drafting, and optimization
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely manner
- Escalate clinical or medical questions appropriately while keeping the brand voice consistent and warm
- Identify and engage with brand advocates, patient success stories, and influencer opportunities
- Track content performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, saves, and shares
- Prepare monthly reporting and insights for leadership
- Use performance data to inform content decisions, surface what is resonating, and recommend strategy adjustments
- Help develop and execute social media growth initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution
- Proven experience managing multi-channel social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across two distinct brand voices
- Proficiency with AI content tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Experience working with designers and creative teams, including briefing and managing production timelines
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to analyze data and translate performance insights into action
- Experience in consumer health, telehealth, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands — including familiarity with marketing sensitive or regulated health content responsibly
- Short-form video experience (Reels, TikToks), including scripting and light on-camera direction
- Familiarity with Reddit, community marketing, and social listening
- Experience managing separate brand identities within the same company or product family
- Experience building social media reports and performance dashboards
You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be handed a content calendar — you build it. You understand that social media for a health brand isn't just about looking good; it's about earning trust with an audience making real decisions about their bodies. You're equally comfortable crafting an educational caption about hormone therapy and responding empathetically to a patient comment at 7pm.
You think in content pillars, not just individual posts. You're genuinely curious about health and wellness — not because the job requires it, but because it shows in your work. You balance creative instinct with data literacy, communicate proactively across teams, and treat ownership as a default, not an exception.
