Our client is a U.S.-based technology consulting firm specializing in custom software development, data engineering, and workflow automation for high-trust industries.

Their integration practice focuses on connecting enterprise systems—such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, and others—to optimize operations and automate workflows. The company is expanding its remote engineering team in Latin America and is seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong system integration experience to join their growing team.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll design, build, and deploy custom integrations between SaaS applications—including project management tools like Asana, as well as CRMs, ERPs, and financial systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with a U.S.-based engineering and project management team to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations that power mission-critical workflows for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with broad API integration experience to apply their skills across a wide range of modern systems.

  Design and develop custom integrations between SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, SAP, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).

  Translate business and technical requirements into robust integration architectures.

• →

  Build API-to-API communication layers, including field mapping, data transformations, and workflow logic for use cases such as project creation, milestone tracking, revenue recognition, and data synchronization.

  Deploy and manage integrations in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) with an emphasis on security, scalability, and maintainability.

  Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling frameworks for reliability and visibility.

  Collaborate closely with U.S.-based engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  Produce clear documentation for integration logic, API endpoints, and support procedures.

  Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for client integrations.

  Support broader data, automation, and custom software initiatives as needed.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on API development and SaaS integrations.

• Proven experience integrating multiple cloud-based applications using REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs.

• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python (used for most client integrations).

• Experience deploying solutions to AWS or Azure, including setup, access control, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, token-based auth) and security best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work in an English-speaking environment.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.

• Experience building or maintaining Asana API integrations.

• Knowledge of integration monitoring tools, webhooks, or event-driven architecture.

• Exposure to workflow automation tools or integration frameworks (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Workato, etc.).
