We are a thriving property management firm specializing in the Los Angeles multi-family market. As we scale our portfolio, we are moving away from purely task-based accounting toward a proactive, "review-first" model. We are seeking three Senior Property Accountants with hands-on US market experience to act as a critical layer of oversight for our financial operations.
This is not just a data entry position. You will be responsible for identifying errors, performing complex variance analyses, and communicating directly with US-based Property Managers to ensure budget accuracy and financial health. You will "catch" what others miss and ensure our month-end close is flawless.
Responsibilities

- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues within the portfolio's financials and propose solutions rather than just reporting the data.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or Entrata) and Excel.

- Stable & Committed: You are looking for a long-term home within a growing company that values your expertise.
- Join a high-energy firm managing premium assets in the Los Angeles market.
- Work under the mentorship of an experienced Assistant Controller in a supportive, global team environment.
