Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Remote (must work Central Time Zone business hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $1,500–$2,500 per month (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring accuracy across accounting functions.

• →Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• →Manage accounts payable (AP), including expenses, bill entry, and vendor payments
• →Handle accounts receivable (AR) functions
• →Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• →Ensure accurate recording of transactions
• →Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• →Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments
• →Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis
• →Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks
• →Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

• Strong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience working in a construction company or similar industry
• Familiarity with construction accounting systems and processes
