Stock Control Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: Overlap with Australian business hours
Compensation: Competitive (Above-market rates for right-fit candidates)
Reports To: Inventory/Operations Manager

We are searching for a reliable and process-driven Stock Control Specialist to manage inventory oversight remotely. This individual will ensure that all portable building components are tracked, available, and well-documented across the entire workflow—from procurement to delivery.

  Maintain accurate inventory records and update them daily in the CRM

  Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or potential delays

• →

  Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery timelines

• →

  Collaborate with the admin and sales teams to align inventory with orders

• →

  Identify discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues proactively

• →

  Produce simple reports or summaries for management when requested

• 2+ years in stock, logistics, or inventory management 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple items simultaneously

• Familiarity with stock software, Excel, or CRM systems

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communicator, especially in written formats

• Based in the Philippines

• Able to work structured hours in line with the Australian time zone

• Enjoys repetitive and detail-oriented work

• Process-oriented and comfortable operating within systems
