This is a full-time remote role for a Head of People at a growing US based company. The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, PTO and more. The company is a fast growing Real Estate Services Firm with 50 employees based in Houston Texas but with a fully remote staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with Gusto, Deel, Veem and other Payroll platforms
  • Past leadership role in a $10 million + revenue company
  • Excellent communicator in oral and written English
  • Great team player and strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or associated studies
