We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HubSpot and a knack for analyzing and improving CRM processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, specifically in CRM management, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and sales funnels.
- Proficiency in setting up workflows, managing email sequences, and building reports in HubSpot.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Data Validation: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM data, performing regular audits and updates.
- HubSpot Reporting: Create, manage, and analyze custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- Email Sequences: Design and optimize email sequences and workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to implement and refine tools, templates, and processes that improve sales productivity and pipeline management.
- HubSpot Implementation and Optimization: Support in setting up new HubSpot features and optimizing the existing setup for better efficiency and growth.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices to empower effective use of the platform.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 (USD) depending on experience.

- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. market, with the ability to create strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
