SU - Recruiter

Scope of the Role 

As a Recruiter, your job will be to source, screen and place candidates to our client’s companies. You will develop job descriptions, post them on popular job boards like PNet, Linkedin, Indeed, Careers24 and more. You will also build profiles and execute outreach to candidates directly. The job also includes screening candidates and sourcing applicants through referrals, networking and more!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Source and place 5-10 candidates per month
• Interact with both clients and candidates
• Screen and interview candidates
• Provide customer service and fast response time to our US based clients
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both reading and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in recruitment.
• Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute or better.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot.
• Proficiency in job boards such as PNet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Careers24 etc
