We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on sourcing and engaging exceptional sales professionals across global markets. This remote role, based in Cape Town, is central to a fast-paced, high-performance environment where precision, personality, and persuasion are key. The ideal candidate will manage the early stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate while supporting the growth of high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize job advertisements on LinkedIn to attract relevant and high-quality sales talent.
Review CVs using defined hiring criteria to identify top candidates quickly and accurately.
Conduct first-round screening calls to assess motivation, communication skills, and role fit.
Candidate Experience
Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for every applicant.
Handover shortlisted candidates for skills testing and final evaluation stages.
Process Management
Track multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously with precision and consistency.
Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progression through each stage.
Represent the brand professionally as the first point of contact for candidates.
Requirements

Strong understanding of sales roles and the personality traits that align with success in each.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and virtual collaboration tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes under pressure.
