The Company is a fast-growing, TikTok-native marketing agency that partners with brands to fully manage and scale their TikTok presence.


Unlike traditional agencies, we operate as an end-to-end TikTok partner, owning execution across:

 
  • TikTok Shop setup & operations
  • Creator/affiliate management
  • Campaign execution
  • Performance optimization
The team operates in pod structures, where each Account Manager is supported by:

 
  • TikTok Shop Operations Specialists (technical/backend)
  • Creator/Affiliate Specialists (growth/marketing)
Due to rapid client growth in Q1, we are expanding its TikTok Shop Operations team to support increasing demand.

 
We are currently experiencing a capacity gap:

 
  • 7 existing TikTok Shop Ops team members
  • 3+ Account Managers currently under-supported
  • Need to hire 3 additional specialists immediately
The biggest challenge so far:

 
Most candidates are strong in affiliate/creator campaigns, but lack the technical/backend TikTok Shop expertise required for this role.

 
This position is NOT a marketing role.
It is a technical operations role focused on infrastructure, setup, and troubleshooting.

 

Responsibilities

This role is focused on the backend operations and technical management of TikTok Shop accounts for multiple client brands.

 
  • Build and launch TikTok Shop accounts for new client brands
  • Configure product listings, SKUs, pricing, and catalog structures
  • Ensure proper integrations with eCommerce systems where applicable
  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop functionality
  • Monitor product listings, inventory syncing, and order flows
  • Ensure all systems are running smoothly across accounts
  • Diagnose and resolve TikTok Shop errors, bugs, and operational issues
  • Handle account flags, product disapprovals, and listing issues
  • Work directly within TikTok Shop backend tools to fix problems quickly
  • Assist in setting up campaigns from an operational standpoint
  • Ensure backend readiness for affiliate/creator campaigns
  • Support campaign execution from a systems/process perspective
  • Work closely with:
    • Account Managers
    • Creator/Affiliate Teams
  • Act as the technical backbone of each client pod
  • TikTok Shops are fully set up, error-free, and scalable
  • Minimal downtime or operational issues across accounts
  • Fast resolution of backend problems
  • Account Managers are fully supported operationally
  • Systems run smoothly without constant oversight
  • Direct, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop backend
  • Proven experience with:
    • Shop setup
    • Product listings
    • Catalog management
    • Troubleshooting platform issues
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations (not just marketing)
  • Exposure to affiliate/creator campaign workflows
  • eCommerce experience (Shopify, etc.)
  • Experience supporting multiple brands/accounts
To be very clear (based on past hiring challenges):
This is NOT:
  • A content creator role
  • A TikTok growth/strategy role
  • An influencer/affiliate manager role
Candidates who are primarily:
  • UGC creators
  • Influencer managers
  • Campaign strategists

  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Process-driven and structured
  • Strong problem-solver (especially with platform issues)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Looking for a long-term, full-time role (not freelance work)
