Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (SA) or CIMA qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience working and supporting a customer-facing / FMCG business with trade spend
- Strong understanding of trade spend and the financial processes involved, with a strong record of trade spend accomplishments
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of the P&L and which financial levers impact it
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound, fact-based decision-making ability with a focus on delivering results
- Superior computer skills, including:
- Power BI
- SAP
- Advanced PowerPoint
- Excel
- Strong business partnering skills
- Ability to influence across all levels
- Strong team player
- Ability to handle pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with remote teams and drive action
- Self-starter, able to take initiative and work independently
