About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Transaction Analyst to join our growing real estate team. This role blends financial expertise with relationship management, you’ll not only underwrite deals but also build and maintain strong connections with brokers and market partners.

The ideal candidate is analytical, confident and professional, with a strong grasp of real estate underwriting and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed underwriting and financial modeling for potential real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and sound investment rationale.
• Source and evaluate deal opportunities by proactively engaging with brokers and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
• Review and analyze market data, financial statements, and property metrics to identify key investment insights.
• Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership, outlining recommendations and supporting data.
• Work closely with senior team members to refine deal strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and polished presence when representing the company externally.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in real estate underwriting, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial real estate markets and deal structures.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with U.S.-based brokers and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience building dynamic financial models.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate it clearly to decision-makers.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the confidence to represent the company in external interactions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to balance outreach with deep analytical work.
