About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a Transition Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. This role ensures every property is transitioned seamlessly and ready for active management — from auditing and compliance checks, to utility setup and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has a background in property management, is detail-oriented, and thrives in managing multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- →Audit property documentation, leases, and compliance requirements.
- →Oversee utility setups and transfers (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
- →Conduct onboarding checklists and inspections; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- →Ensure all properties are move-in ready on time and aligned with company standards.
- →Maintain detailed records of all transition activities, including permits, utilities, and vendor work.
- →Collaborate with property managers, leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams for smooth handoffs.
- →Identify and address risks or delays in the onboarding process.
- →Provide status reports and updates to U.S. management teams.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–4 years of experience in property management, auditing, or operations.
- Proven track record managing onboarding, utility transfers, and property compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and team coordination.
- Tech-savvy with property management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple property transitions in parallel.
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and accountability.
- Career progression into Operations, Project Management, or Senior Property Management roles.
