We are seeking a UX/UI Designer ready to craft the future of legal technology. If you are passionate about intuitive design, enjoy simplifying complex problems, and want to have a real impact in a fast-paced startup environment, this is an opportunity to shape a product from the ground up.
As the first dedicated UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of user-centric experiences that make our AI-powered legal tools powerful, elegant, and easy to use. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to transform advanced technical capabilities into clear, human-centered design.

Own the user experience across the product, from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design

Translate complex legal and AI workflows into clear, intuitive, and usable interfaces
- →
Create and maintain a scalable design system aligned with the company’s product vision and brand identity
- →
Collaborate with engineers, legal experts, and product leadership to design solutions that are both technically feasible and user-friendly

Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, and iterate on designs based on feedback
- →
Contribute to rapid product development while maintaining high standards of usability and design quality

3+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software products

Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and polished user interfaces

Experience working across the full design process, from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive prototypes and final UI

Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical systems into intuitive user experiences

Bonus: Experience designing for AI/ML applications, legal technology, or other professional software environments

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
