Experience working closely with product leaders and engineers

Familiarity with modern design systems and component-based workflows

Experience shaping brand or visual identity at an early stage
You’ll likely work with tools such as:

Figma (primary)

Product collaboration tools (Notion, Linear, Jira, etc.)

Direct collaboration with engineering and product leadership
Exact tooling may evolve as the team grows.

Be the first in-house designer — real ownership from day one

Work directly with the CPO and influence product direction

Design real products, not marketing pages

Help define the visual identity and UX foundation of the company
