About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a talented and story-driven Video Editor to bring the company’s mission and brand to life through engaging visual content. As a key member of the marketing and content team, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality short- and long-form videos for digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and the company website. This role is ideal for someone based in Brazil or broader Latin America who has strong editing skills, a clean visual aesthetic, and a passion for mission-aligned storytelling.

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Storytelling: Craft narrative-driven visual content that highlights the company’s mission, projects, and community impact.

Motion Graphics & Branding: Incorporate branded graphics, lower-thirds, subtitles, transitions, and music that align with the company’s visual identity.

Collaborative Production: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals and messaging strategy.

Content Optimization: Adapt content for different aspect ratios and formats (e.g., reels, carousels, widescreen) based on platform requirements.

Asset Management: Maintain organized file structures and backup systems for all raw and final assets.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably with a creative agency, media team, or mission-driven brand.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro; bonus for knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.

Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content, ideally with a storytelling and documentary style.

Experience editing for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).

Ability to edit captions, sound mix, and motion graphics with attention to quality and accessibility.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) for team communication and content editing.

Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
