Role: Senior Video Editor & Content Producer
Priority Location: Latin America, South Africa, or the Philippines (Selected for outstanding English proficiency, strong portfolios, and experience with U.S. client workflows).
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,800 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Engineer Short-Form Assets: Repurpose long-form content into 4–6 highly engaging, "click-worthy" clips per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Own Post-Production Polish: Apply high-end transitions, lower thirds, titles, kinetic captions, basic color correction, and audio enhancement to deliver client-ready files.

Incorporate Creative Autonomy: Independently interpret general creative briefs and scripts, making smart structural, musical, and B-roll choices without needing granular direction.

Build Repeatable Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain video editing templates, assets, and project files to streamline production as the content engine scales.

Manage Version Control: Maintain highly organized asset libraries and seamlessly incorporate feedback under tight, fast-paced production deadlines.

Requirements

Platform-Specific Mastery: Advanced understanding of visual hierarchy, pacing, retention psychology, and best practices across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn (Required).

Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (Required).

Exceptional Communication: Fluent written and verbal English skills to collaborate effectively within U.S. Pacific Time business hours (Required).

Niche Domain Experience: Experience editing tech, AI, robotics, or high-level executive thought leadership content (Preferred).

Advanced Post-Production Skills: Motion graphics capabilities using Adobe After Effects and basic YouTube packaging/thumbnail design experience (Preferred).

AI Tool Fluency: Familiarity with integrating AI-powered creative and editing tools into post-production workflows (Preferred).
