The business operates a sophisticated content ecosystem designed to grow artist and genre-focused pages through high-volume viral short-form content. With a highly experimental and AI-forward approach, the company combines internet culture, social media trends, and emerging AI technologies to create scalable audience growth across multiple platforms.

As the company continues to scale its content operation and expand across multiple pages and audiences, the team needs additional editors who can create engaging, high-performing short-form content quickly and consistently.

This role exists to support rapid content production, creative experimentation, and AI-assisted editing workflows across a variety of viral media projects. The successful candidate will help drive audience growth through compelling edits optimized for engagement, retention, and virality.

We are looking for an AI Video Editor with strong short-form editing instincts and a deep understanding of viral internet content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understands what makes content perform online, and is excited about integrating AI-generated media into modern editing workflows. You will work across multiple content pages and projects, supporting rapid experimentation and high-volume content production.

Over time, successful editors will have the opportunity to take ownership of dedicated content pages and contribute directly to audience growth and creative direction.

• Edit high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging, fast-paced edits optimized for audience retention and virality
• Incorporate captions, hooks, transitions, pacing, effects, and platform-native editing styles
• Adapt content formats quickly based on trends and performance data

• Work with AI-generated media assets, including AI video and AI-generated music
• Utilize AI-assisted editing and creative tools to improve workflow speed and output
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and content formats
• Source and integrate clips from movies, TV shows, trending internet content, and viral media

• Support multiple content pages and projects simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based operations and strategy team
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and content performance
• Maintain fast turnaround times while preserving quality standards
• Eventually take ownership of dedicated content pages as performance scales

• Previous experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, viral-style edits
• Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, trends, and audience behavior
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing editing instincts
• Comfortable using AI-assisted workflows and generative AI tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly experimental environment
• Comfortable receiving rapid feedback and iterating quickly
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar editing software

• Familiarity with AI video tools and emerging AI content technologies
• Experience managing or growing social media content pages
• Background in music, entertainment, or viral media content
• Experience working in high-volume content production environments
