We are seeking a highly versatile and performance-driven Video Editor to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for elevating our creative output and maximizing the conversion rates of our paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative chameleon who can manage a wide variety of content formats—from raw user generated content (UGC) to polished podcast settings—and is motivated by measurable e-commerce results.

Meta Ads & Social Media Edits Mastery: Take ownership of composing highly converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements that drive measurable sales and ROI and organic social media content that drive engagement and community-building.

Content Variety: Demonstrate proficiency in working with a wide variety of raw content, including founder interviews, specialized podcast settings, user generated content (UGC), and creative mash-ups.

Creative Innovation: Utilize strong editing skills to craft compelling narratives and suggest innovative visual approaches, preferably including experience with basic motion graphics or animations.

Multilingual Adaptation: Edit final content, especially performance ads, to integrate Voice Overs (VOs) in multiple languages, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy in the visuals.

Project Management: Deliver final video assets efficiently, adhering to strict specifications for various platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

Vibe Matching: Ensure all edited content matches the brand's aesthetic and team's collaborative "vibe."

Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand conversion goals and brief requirements.

Must be able to work autonomously and manage a consistent workflow of editing projects.

Experience: Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing converting paid social ads and organic social media content.

Versatility: Highly adaptable, able to switch seamlessly between polishing founder content and quickly assembling high-impact UGC mash-ups.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Dutch or Danish is a major plus.

Technical: Expert proficiency in industry standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
