- Latin America (LATAM): $1,700 – $2,300 USD/month
- South Africa (SA): $1,800 – $2,400 USD/month

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (EST business hours)

About the Company
Our client is launching a new postpartum ice pack brand, evolved from a high-quality athlete ice pack product. Early samples have generated strong interest, and manufacturing is underway. The videographer will play a strategic role in shaping the brand’s visual narrative through compelling storytelling and engaging video content.

Role Overview
- January 2025: Retroactive editing project—transforming existing footage into social-ready content, working independently with minimal direction.
- February 2025 onward: Full-time content creation, editing, and storytelling in support of brand growth, including ongoing content production, narrative development, and collaboration with founders for feedback and creative alignment.
- Target audience: primarily millennial mothers (27–35), primarily in the US. Content must be authentic, relatable, and reflect the brand’s lighthearted, cheeky tone without crossing into vulgarity.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit existing organic and behind-the-scenes footage to communicate the brand story.
- Create engaging video content for social media and potential paid campaigns.
- Develop visual narratives aligned with three content pillars:
- Founder stories and brand insights
- Educational content for pregnant and postpartum mothers
- Product comparisons highlighting the brand’s unique advantages
- Founder stories and brand insights
- Collaborate with founders on creative concepts and execution while managing the editing process and deadlines.
- Provide suggestions for future content, storytelling, and platform-specific adaptations.
- Self-manage projects, including storyboarding, scripting, and identifying gaps in content or additional footage needed.
Hard Skills
- Strong video editing skills: pacing, storytelling, cutting, basic sound work.
- Experience creating social-ready content from existing footage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to structure content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Soft Skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to contribute ideas.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage project deadlines independently.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and feedback.
- Comfortable with authentic, lifestyle-driven storytelling.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or women-focused content creation.
- Understanding of social metrics and how video performance drives engagement.
- Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) to support broader audience engagement.
