We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Virtual Property Manager & Guest Services Coordinator based in South Africa to own our daily leasing, booking, and guest-experience matrix.

This role acts as the operational nervous system for our properties. You will actively manage incoming leads across our booking channels, build out custom housing options for corporate and displaced clients, execute lease agreements, and handle end-to-end digital guest services from reservation to check-out. You will utilize modern property management tech layers, with a heavy operational emphasis on Furnish Finder (our highest-converting platform for mid-term corporate stays), Airbnb, and dynamic pricing software like PriceLabs.

• Channel Pipeline Management: Continuously monitor and triage inbound property inquiries across multiple rental platforms, with an intensive focus on managing premium corporate/medical leads inside Furnish Finder and Airbnb.
• Bespoke Portfolio Pitching: Analyze the specific parameters of incoming traveler requests (budget, timeline, location, family size) and rapidly curate and send tailored property availability options.
• Lease & Contract Administration: Coordinate digital lease signings, security deposit verifications, and platform bookings, ensuring all contracts are securely executed before guest arrival.

• Virtual Property Concierge: Act as the direct, warm, and highly professional remote point of contact for guests once they are checked into their temporary homes.
• Issue Resolution: Swiftly field, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance, utility, or property issues with local boots-on-the-ground vendors to protect the guest experience.
• Administrative Upkeep: Maintain perfect account data, platform reviews, automated check-in triggers, and client messaging workflows within Google Workspace and platform communication portals.

• Market Monitoring: Maintain basic visibility on calendar occupancy and property pricing via software tracking tools like PriceLabs to assist in driving peak seasonal conversions.

• 2–4+ years of experience within the hospitality, property management, corporate housing, or real estate administration fields.
• Short-Term Rental (STR) Familiarity: Practical experience navigating booking platforms (specifically Airbnb and Furnish Finder) and an understanding of hospitality metrics.
• PST Shift Alignment: Absolute commitment to maintaining regular, dedicated full-time working hours matching the US Pacific Standard Time zone (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST).
• Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory. You must have a polished, empathetic tone capable of comforting individuals in emergency relocation scenarios while maintaining high professionalism with corporate executives.
• Tech-Savvy Operations: High comfort level working with cloud platforms like Google Workspace and modern property dashboards.

• Direct experience using dynamic rate-setting tools such as PriceLabs.
• Prior background managing high-volume guest communications or working remotely for North American real estate portfolios.
