We are seeking a seasoned Web Designer and "Digital Plumber" to manage the technical infrastructure of our marketing consultancy. This is not just a creative role; you will be responsible for the end-to-end connectivity of our lead generation funnel—from WordPress site performance to ensuring data flows seamlessly into our CRM. You are the person who ensures that if a site goes down or an integration breaks, it is fixed before it impacts the client’s bottom line.

• →Website Management: Full-cycle WordPress management, including launching new sites within 2-week sprints, maintaining uptime, and implementing light design/UI updates.
• →The "Plumbing": Building and maintaining the connective tissue between platforms. This includes setting up and troubleshooting Gravity Forms, Zapier, or Make.
• →CRM Integration: Ensuring all lead data captures correctly and maps accurately into Zoho (or niche medical CRMs like Nextech).
• →Maintenance: Proactive monitoring of site health, security, and plugin updates to ensure 24/7 functionality.
• →Lead Magnets: Setting up automated delivery systems for digital assets and email signups.

• Experience: 3-5+ years in WordPress development and technical web maintenance.
• Technical Stack: WordPress, HTML/XML, Gravity Forms, Zoho, and automation tools (Zapier/Make).
• Bonus Skills: UI/UX design experience and basic graphic design knowledge.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who can leverage tools like ChatGPT for efficiency but relies on deep technical intuition to find root causes.
