About the Role:
This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the user experience across three Webflow websites, ensuring a cohesive, high-performing digital presence for New Politics. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to implement updates, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve site functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and update three Webflow websites to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal team members to implement design updates, enhancements, and improvements.
- Provide technical support related to Webflow mechanics, layouts, and site functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver practical, timely solutions.
- Communicate clearly and proactively within a fully remote work environment.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, using data to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven hands-on experience managing and editing websites in Webflow.
- Strong understanding of website mechanics, structure, and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting experience in a technical context.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Timely completion of website updates and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Positive user feedback and satisfaction related to website performance and usability
