About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a YouTube Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire exceptional creative professionals — including YouTube strategists, creative directors, and video editors — for a range of client-facing projects.
This position is ideal for someone who understands YouTube culture, has experience sourcing creative talent, and thrives in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

Source and recruit top YouTube talent such as strategists, creative directors, and video editors.

Use platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and creative communities to find and engage candidates.

Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, culture fit, and hiring priorities.

Research and build lists of creators, editors, and production teams within the YouTube ecosystem.

Manage and track candidate pipelines using spreadsheets or ATS tools.

Conduct screenings, assign test projects, and coordinate interviews as part of the recruitment process.

Requirements
