Clinical Support Specialist - Reception and Treatment Center
Quick Summary
Associate’s degree in criminal justice, behavioral science, human services or related field OR two years of experience working with persons referred through the legal system.

Lead psychoeducational classes. Interact with incarcerated individuals to instruct and orient to mental health residential units and programming.
Provide verbal de-escalation for residential/programming participants. Provide input into individualized treatment plans. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and informal consultations.
Support individuals with daily living and therapeutic activities.
Attend Mental Health trainings and any additional training deemed necessary for the position.
Write incident reports and contact notes. Develop and implement behavioral baselines.
Review individualized treatment plans to support goals and objectives.
Work under supervision and direction of the Mental Health supervisor.
