The Department of Administrative Services State Building Division is looking for 2 Maintenance Specialists to join their team at the Craft State Office Building in North Platte. his position performs a variety of tasks beyond basic facility maintenance including skilled construction, installation, alteration, fabrication, maintenance, and repair work in one or more building trades and/or equipment maintenance activities. The Specialist works individually or as
a member of a work crew, exercising a substantial degree of independence in planning and organizing their own work and performs related work as assigned.
