The Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board is seeking a Western Nebraska Investigator. Responsibilities include investigating

• Investigate complaints filed against motor vehicle/trailer/motorcycle dealers by collecting and reviewing evidence including copies of all documents related to the investigation and statements made by the parties and witnesses.

• Prepare written investigative reports and mediate consumer complaints.

• Testify at Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board hearings.

• Collaborate with the Department of Motor Vehicles, county officials, local law enforcement, attorneys, insurance companies, federal officials, and other entities to facilitate the investigation and provide documentation of relevant facts.
