Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia is looking for Domestic Digital Marketing Creative Manager to leads digital campaign strategy and execution for local frontline releases, driving audience growth, fan engagement, and streaming performance across key platforms. Success in this role means turning artist vision into culturally relevant, data-informed campaigns that build strong artist brands and deliver measurable commercial impact.

 

Responsibilities

Platform & Audience Growth
•    Drive audience growth and fan engagement across key digital platforms including Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
•    Identify platform-specific opportunities to increase visibility, discovery, and conversion for releases and artist brands.
•    Partner with internal and external teams to deliver compelling digital content, rollout assets, and channel activations.


Release Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Manage campaign execution from pre-release through post-release in close collaboration with marketing, commercial, creative, and artist teams.
•    Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals are aligned to support smooth and timely release rollouts.
•    Support artist-facing communication and day-to-day coordination to keep campaign priorities on track.

Performance Tracking & Insights
•    Monitor campaign performance across streaming, social, and content metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize in real time.
•    Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to improve future releases, audience strategy, and digital marketing impact.


Market & Consumer Insights
•    Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify new campaign opportunities.
•    Use data and market insights to refine targeting, content strategy, and platform priorities for local releases.
•    Stay close to music, culture, and fan communities to keep campaigns relevant and locally resonant.

 

•    4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, music, entertainment, or a related industry.
•    Hands-on experience planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
•    Strong understanding of audience growth, content strategy, and digital performance metrics including reach, engagement, and streaming results.
•    Ability to manage multiple releases and campaign timelines while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•    Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for music, artists, and local culture.
•    Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
•    Data-driven thinking and performance analysis.
•    Strong organization, attention to detail, and project management.
•    Strong execution of digital campaigns across local frontline releases.
•    Growth in audience reach, fan engagement, and platform performance.
•    On-time delivery of campaign assets, timelines, and release milestones.
•    Effective collaboration with artists, internal teams, and external partners.
