Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant will report to Accounting Supervisor directly and help with complex financial reporting, accounting daily operation, and oversight responsibilities.

• →Collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor to ensure the accuracy of monthly and year end closing and reporting of all financial information, including balance sheet reconciliation.
• →Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of Procure to Pay transactions managed by Global Finance Team.
• →Ensure monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
• →Collaborate independently with the Global Finance Team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• →Assist with local tax reporting, including Tax / VAT filing, annual withholding tax filing and tax reconciliation.
• →Work with the Accounting Supervisor to implement procedures to enhance the workflows of the department.
• →Support internal & external audit processes.
• →Follow up on daily operations issues.
• →Any other responsibilities or work to be assigned by the manager or the Company.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, experience in Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
• Issue/problem identification and resolution/solving
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English, both verbal and written.
