Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Burlington!

As the first person our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll work alongside a supportive medical team while helping patients navigate their appointments and care.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
→
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
→
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
→
Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questions
→
Follow up on missed appointments and no-shows
→
Maintain accurate patient information and electronic medical records
→
Keep the reception area organized and professional
→
Assist with general front-office and administrative duties
→
Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organized and able to multitask in a busy medical office
Reliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a team
Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records
Previous medical office or receptionist experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
