Medical Receptionist – Tukwila & Covington, WA

• →Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing courteous and helpful service
• →Schedule appointments for new and established patients
• →Collect co-pays and verify insurance details
• →Contact patients regarding no-shows, pre-op requirements, and follow-ups
• →Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while taking accurate messages
• →Maintain a clean, organized reception area and workspace
• →Assist with scanning, filing, and general office support tasks
• →Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
• →Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations
