• →Patrol all areas of South Jordan to deter crime and assist the public.
• →Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, secure crime scenes, conduct investigations, and make arrests when laws are violated.
• →Enforce traffic laws, conduct DUI and accident investigations, and assist motorists.
• →Prepare and submit detailed reports and testify in court when required.
• →Serve legal documents and maintain records of legal dispositions.
• →Maintain issued equipment, including firearms and patrol vehicles.
• →Represent the department positively, through ongoing community policing efforts.

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Utah Class D driver license.
• Skilled in handling high-pressure situations with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Strong communicator with a commitment to responsible service.
