This isn't a traditional Product Manager role. We're looking for a Product Builder: someone with strong product judgement, technical capability, customer empathy and commercial thinking who can also roll up their sleeves and help build the thing.

You might be an engineer who's grown into product, a PM or designer with real technical chops or a founder/operator who's worn multiple hats. What matters is taking an ambiguous problem, shaping a solution, aligning stakeholders, and seeing it through to delivery - using AI tools, prototyping, code, and modern workflows rather than just writing requirements and handing off.

Digital customer experiences, growth, product integration and operational improvements spanning onboarding, investing and trading journeys, money movement, cross-platform experiences, engagement and retention, and AI-assisted product work. You'll own projects end-to-end: problem discovery, solution design, stakeholder alignment, build, delivery, measurement, and iteration.

·      Own product initiatives from idea to delivery: problem framing, business case, solution design, execution, and success metrics

·      Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support

·      Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Base44, Figma Make and similar) to prototype rapidly and accelerate delivery

·      Build or contribute to prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready improvements

·      Turn ambiguous problems into clear direction, user flows, and delivery artefacts

·      Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, technical complexity, and regulatory obligations

·      Communicate with senior stakeholders and build genuine alignment across teams

You turn a customer or business problem into a shipped improvement - moving between strategy, technical detail, and execution without losing momentum. Engineers trust you because you understand how software gets built; stakeholders trust you because you understand the customer, the business, and the commercial outcome. You use AI and modern tooling to ship faster and better, with less hand-off and more ownership.

·      Help shape the next generation of investing experiences across eToro Australia and Spaceship

·      Work across a multi-product ecosystem spanning investing, superannuation, and trading

·      Real ownership of meaningful customer and business outcomes in a lean team where initiative and judgement matter more than hierarchy

·      Access to modern AI tools and workflows in a company actively rethinking how product, design, and engineering work together

You're likely one of:

·      An engineer with strong product instincts, ready to move closer to product ownership

·      A PM with genuine technical capability and hands-on build or prototyping experience

·      A product designer who codes and can take ideas through to execution

·      A founder or product engineer who's operated across product, design, engineering, and commercial decisions

You'll bring:

·      Strong technical capability, ideally front-end or full-stack

·      Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript or similar

·      Comfort with APIs, product architecture, and data flows

·      Strong product judgement and the ability to make sensible trade-offs

·      The ability to structure ambiguity, explore options, and drive delivery

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management

·      A practical, hands-on mindset and fluency with AI tools

·      Experience delivering customer-facing digital products

Highly regarded:

·      Fintech, investing, trading, superannuation, banking or another regulated industry

·      Mobile app experience

·      Experience as a founder, early-stage operator or technical PM

·      Background in growth, onboarding, activation or retention

We're not looking for someone who just manages a backlog. We're looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, communicates like a business owner, cares like a customer advocate, and builds like a modern digital product maker. You don't need the exact title before — just curiosity, technical strength, commercial awareness, and excitement about building things customers actually use.
