Starlink Consumer Growth Strategy Lead (Demand Planning & Analysis)

You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world. 

• →Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly / quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases
• →Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams
• →Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions
• →Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
• →Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
• →Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling

• 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations experience 
• 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
• Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
• Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
• Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
• Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
• Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime

• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
