You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly / quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases
- →Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams
- →Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions
- →Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
- →Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
- →Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition
Requirements

- 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations
- 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling
- 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations experience
- 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
