Benefits Specialist - No Experience Required - Remote

Help working families understand and access the benefits designed to protect their future. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with union members who have already requested information, explain their coverage, and guide them through their available options.

You'll provide members with clear, professional support from their initial appointment through the application process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with union members through inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and hosting virtual or telephone appointments
• Explaining benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Helping members select options suited to their needs
• Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards for compliance, service, and quality
• Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but it isn't required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
